Personal Recipe

Think about the type of person you’d NEVER want to be 5 years from now. Write out your own personal recipe to prevent this from happening and commit to following it. “Thought is the seed of action.”    (Author: Harley Schreiber)

I would never want to be a bitter, vengeful, egotistical, or evil person in 5 years or any point in my life.  My personal recipe  (done daily) for making sure that this doesn’t happen is:

*A couple of teaspoons of sugar to keep my sweet disposition

*Some ginger to promote heart health (love) to keep vindictive thoughts at bay

*A slice of humble pie to keep the ego in check

*Plenty of water to keep the system clear from harmful, wicked things
